If conditions are perfect crane couples manage to raise both eggs into young cranes, and then migrate as a fasmily. Click here for video that shows how serious the male crane is about protecting the helpless young before they can fly.

I haven’t seen a similar video with sandhill cranes interacting with a black bear – very interesting.
