UPSTANDING, OUTSTANDING

This bird can depended on to keep himself posted. Burrowing Owl in Harney County. Photo taken last week by young bird photographer Luke Liu of Portland. This was near where a pair seemed to be burrowing in to nest this season. Nice shot, Luke.
