Exit 263 herony busy and occupied. Trees still leafless.
Ring-necked Ducks still present at Nisqually NWR. Bald Eagles soaring above.
Other birders heard pileated there, none seen.
Western Gulls and crows rule the rooftops of residential Seattle.
