The amount of open space at Mill Creek Industrial Park has shrunk this winter. A new, gigantic monstrosity has been erected at the east end of the area. Just north of a prison. At the west end road construction is underway. There is plenty of water now at Mill Creek but few waterbirds. I saw one coot and three ducks. Lotsa sparrow action, however.
