I got this email from birding friend, John Bullock, who lives in Ashland. He is an inveterate supploer of bluebird boxes to anybody wanting to accommodate thoxse sterling characters.
“I’ve shared some nest boxes with friends who live out in Dark Hollow. Kathy has installed one of the boxes with the back removed on her bedroom window outside of which is a box being used by a pair. She puts mealworms inside this window box and the birds have been feasting on them as they raise their brood. So she decided to try and capture the action with her phone.”

I also bought 100 live mealworms for our bluebird pair from Sunshine mealworms in CA. They shipped them quickly and were very reasonable.
