Wow! Local Tv news reports; “Sodus Point, N.Y. — A man in Sodus has been arrested for the third time in the past three weeks – all for having too many feeding trays for birds on his front lawn.
“71-year-old Donald Antal has repeatedly violated the local code violations, by placing over 20 feeding trays filled with bird seed and peanuts in his yard, according to Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
“Local code for the village of Sodus is 2 feeders per household, and they have to be elevated at least five feet off the ground.
“Antal has been given his third appearance ticket at the Sodus Town Court to answer the charge.”
