The latest Republican President–he who shan’t be named because it just enhances his nefarious brand–tried to gut the century-old Migratory Bird Treaty. Today the Biden Admin put the gust back into the treaty’s enforcement rules. Guess that means some oil firm can;t shoot the gulls and grackles pooping on their delivery tankers.
