I spent nearly all the daylight counting birds in the rain with Tim Stuart for the McMinnville CBC. Lots of wet juncos. Then as I arrived home this guy landed on our feeder pole:
I will add our McMinnville CBC checklist here later today. We saw nothing unusual, except we didn’t get a single starling. Four Varied Thrush, a flock of Western Bluebirds and four Wood Ducks were highlights. Here is the only Bufflehead, only duck, at Miller’s Woods:
