IBIS

In one morning at Malheur I counted over 300 White-faced Ibis.  In the evening as they moved back to their nocturnal roosting sites it was not uncommon to see several flocks criss-cross in the air, each numbering from ten to fifty birds.  Their abundance speaks for their success in the current Malheur weather and habitat.WFI-JUN7WFI-TREO (2)
