A large flocks of waxwings came through our neighborhood in McMinnville today–at least 200, many first year birds. They were into several dogwoods, and a rowan, berry picking and zipping through the treetops. At rest they sat high in the trees, facing the morning sun.Small flocks of juncos are seen everywhere now.
Downy at our suet block.
