NOT MUCH, BUT SHORE ENOUGH

There was one small vernal pool in the middle of a cow pasture…next to the Yamhill Sewer Ponds.  There were hundreds of yards of shore around those ponds, but the shorebirds preferred the natural muddy verge of the small pool:GY WITH SPGreater Yellowlegs with one of the Least Sandpipers in front.  Aerial blurs are Barn Swallows in flight.GY WITH SWLLOSB WITH SWLLOFive shorebird species altogether.
