Nora insisted on two walks, as she does most days.  At Ed Grenfell this morning she found a tennis ball…I found some Varied Thrush and a flock of Golden-crowned Kinglets.  The Rough-legged Hawk was back in the field at the intersection of Baker Creek and Pheasant Hill Roads.

This afternoon at Joe Dancer a Peregrine passed overhead, en route from one duck pond to the next.  Later a Red-breasted Sapsucker was working his favored trees just over the fence from the ballfield outfield at the south end of the park.rbs-jdp1Joe Dancer Park, Yamhill, Oregon, US
