dying-juncoI believe this Junco in my garden today was suffering from avian pox.  That is infectious and means I need to clean my feeders with chlorine bleach to disinfect them.  Sometimes this disease can be fatal.

  1. Don’t get me started on fecal-filled feeders. People have no brains. Every night I boil water in the teapot and let it set in the feeder dishes. It is so easy.
