High in a bare tree, surveying ground around, there sat my first Yamhill County Merlin.  If there is a more intensely observant, calm but deadly raptor than the mighty Merlin?

He was in the large tree along Baker Creek Road next to the Mormon Church.M MERL4 MERL3 MERL1 M
