First bird is American Pipit, strictly a migrant through southern Oregon.

These pictures were taken by Kirk Gooding in southern Oregon and sent to me by his birder wife, Shannon Rio.  Shannon is now president of the Board of Directors for Klamath Bird Observatory. Red-tail joins the Starling murmuration. Western Bluebird.
