SEQUOIAS IN THE DROUGHT

Some of the 0ldest living things on Earth, have sequoias ever seen anything this current California drought before?  Will they survive? Scientists are checking their moisture “pulse.”

  1. I love sequoias as much as I love owls! I lived with them on the ridge above Mill Valley for 30 years. Our road was an old logging road and came off Panoramic on the way up to the top of Mt. Tam. Were I there now, I would be w atering them!!!

    Hey, are you going to be in town Monday, September 20 th? I am tentatively planning to drive up on the 19th to Siver Lake Falls State Park to hike and camp overnight. The next day I would love to see you and Kate in your new digs before I go into Portland to have dinner with a friend. If the tomatoes last that long, you will have the fruits of my la bors.
