Brazie Pond is alongside I-5 south of Yreka. If you buy my birding guide when it comes out in February, the book’ll tell you how to get to Brazie Pond where I once saw five species of Icterid in a couple minutes. THere wer onkly three species there Thursday; Brewers and red-wing Blackbirds plus a SINGING meadowlark.
