The June flower show this year is mazrvelous.  It’s going on at every elevation, around every corner on every trail.  Sometimes right along the road.  There are many assiduous gardeners here in southern Oregon,  but given a bit of rain and some free reign, nature always wins the show.

Common name: goldfields as it turns mountain meadows golden in early summer.
