The #1 panhandler at the Howard Prairie Resort Cafe.  A true spud-lover.  A Golden-mantled Ground Squirrel.  Panhandling the lunch crowd seems to be the family business as there was a small coterie of these cute rodents scurring about, taking the hand-outs.
