There were four Osprey hunting at the south end of Emigrant Lake.  They were presumably a family group, hunting near one another.

Western Tanager in the willows between the high water shoreline and the current shoreline.  Thye willows and dense brush just below the waterline is where the actuon was in the afternoon.
